    Liverpool Plains Shire Council have opened up expressions of interest for the Quipolly to Werris Cre

    EXPRESSIONS of interest are now open for the design and construction of the Liverpool Plains Shire Coucil’s Quipolly water project. The expressions are for all works to the project including a new water treatment plant and pipelines to Werris Creek and Quirindi. Liverpool Plains mayor Andrew Hope said it was an exciting development in the project. “It is great to see the project starting to take shape,” Cr Hope said. “The Quipolly water project is one of the largest projects
