Aerial Surveying of the Pipeline Route
This week has seen the start of the ground activities for the project with aerial and ground survey work being conducted on public owned land. A large drone has been used to collect, analyse, and interpret data relating to the earth's surface along the proposed pipeline route with surveyors on the ground, confirming the data they receive from the drone. The information obtained from this type of surveying work will help ascertain the best location for the pipeline.
