First of Early Tender Involvement Briefings Completed

The first of the Early tender Involvement briefings with the pre-selected Contractors in Newcastle has been undertaken. The ETI briefing covers everything about the project to allow contractors to submit a tender. Some of the things the ETI discussed included timeframes, communication protocols, during the ETI phase, the background of the basis of the reference design, Information on electrical & communications infrastructure for the project, and handover once the project is completed.

Contractors will be required to provide their responses to the briefing by 18th December 2018. This will involve their preliminary design thoughts and comments on their proposals benefits.
